Min Hee-jin Establishes ‘OOAK Records’ Corporation

Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, who is in an ongoing dispute with HYBE, has established a new entertainment management company called ‘OOAK Records.’ Min established the corporation ‘OOAK’ on the 16th. The company’s primary business activities are listed as entertainment talent management, music and album production and distribution, and concert and event planning. Min is registered as an inside director.

Min also posted a drawing with the phrase ‘OOAK,’ explaining it stands for ‘Only One Always Known.’ This can be interpreted as meanings such as ‘the only one you’ve always known,’ ‘the one person in your heart,’ ‘true self,’ or ‘unchanging truth.’
