Former ADOR Employee v. Min Hee-jin Mediation Attempt

On this day, the Seoul Western District Court held a mediation session for the 100 million won damages lawsuit filed by former ADOR employee “A” against former CEO Min for defamation based on false statements, but the mediation broke down due to differences in positions between the two sides.

“A”‘s side stated, “We are willing to agree to mediation if former CEO Min admits wrongdoing and apologizes.”

Former CEO Min’s side stated, “We cannot accept the alleged facts as true and have no intention of agreeing to mediation.”
