Former ADOR Employee v. Min Hee-jin: Referral to Mediation

The 51st Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court issued a mediation referral decision on November 28 regarding a lawsuit seeking approximately 100 million won in damages filed by former ADOR employee “A” against former CEO Min Hee-jin for defamation through false statements and other claims.
