Dolphiners Films is currently proceeding with civil and criminal procedures related to the posting of the ‘ETA Director’s Cut.’ The civil lawsuit is awaiting the court’s judgment through proper legal procedures, and the criminal case has been transferred to the prosecution through an objection to the preceding police investigation and is currently under investigation.

We also reiterate that the speculation and fabricated claims regarding Dolphiners Films’ contracts are absolutely not true. We will reveal the truth to the end through legitimate legal procedures and will firmly respond to the dissemination of false information.
