BELIFT LAB to Submit New Evidence Proving ‘NewJeans Plagiarism’ Claims Are False

Hello. This is BELIFT LAB.
We hereby clarify that the claim raised by former CEO Min Hee-jin’s side during the injunction hearing on October 11—that ‘BELIFT LAB copied the NewJeans planning proposal’—is entirely untrue. We will submit evidence to the court proving that this claim is false. Although this injunction is against HYBE, we urge them to stop once again exploiting our artist and staff members by dragging them into their own trial and public opinion campaign with false information.

Furthermore, by disclosing the real names of our staff members during the trial proceedings, cyberbullying including personal attacks based on false information has continued. We express strong regret toward former CEO Min Hee-jin’s side for distributing the injunction hearing presentation materials that exposed these names as they were. BELIFT LAB hereby announces that we will take legal action to hold former CEO Min Hee-jin’s side and malicious post authors accountable through both civil and criminal proceedings to protect our artist and staff members.
