Bunnies, the fandom of NewJeans who support ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, have announced a protest bordering on “bizarre behavior,” sparking controversy.

They plan to send condolence wreaths to the headquarters to criticize HYBE, which is in conflict with CEO Min, but the date happens to coincide with the birthday event of a member from another group under a different HYBE subsidiary label.

Bunnies, NewJeans’ fandom, plan to conduct a protest by placing condolence wreaths in front of the HYBE headquarters main entrance from July 30 to August 1.

However, the protest has become embroiled in controversy even before it begins. This is because, coincidentally, a birthday event for Kim Chaewon, a member of Source Music group LE SSERAFIM, is scheduled at the same location on the same day.

LE SSERAFIM’s fandom plans to place a wrapped bus displaying birthday celebration images in front of HYBE’s main entrance to coincide with Kim Chaewon’s birthday on August 1, and to hold various events around the headquarters including birthday celebration cafes.
