CEO Min Hee-jin Questioned by Police Regarding Occupational Breach of Trust Allegations
ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin said on the 9th regarding the breach of fiduciary duty allegations against her, “This cannot possibly be breach of fiduciary duty, and from my perspective, it’s like a comedy.” Min appeared at the police station that day after being reported by HYBE for breach of fiduciary duty.
“Today I said everything important, and I told them the truth, so I feel very relieved and I spoke well,” Min said. “Today wasn’t originally my scheduled questioning date, but I wanted to come forward and be questioned first. Since HYBE filed the complaint, it took some time.”
Min arrived wearing a short-sleeved T-shirt and a cap, and told reporters, “I just need to tell the truth. Doesn’t the breach of fiduciary duty charge not make any sense?” Min also smiled while answering reporters’ questions.
