According to the audit results, HYBE announced on the 25th that it confirmed specific facts that a plan to seize management rights was established under the leadership of the ADOR CEO, and that it had secured evidence.

One of the audit subjects submitted information assets containing the management rights seizure plan and contacts with external investors as evidence during the investigation process, and also admitted to preparing documents intended to attack HYBE for this purpose.

According to in-person investigations and conversation records from the submitted information assets, the ADOR CEO instructed executives to devise methods to pressure HYBE into selling its stake in ADOR.

The conversation records also contained execution plans such as ‘prepare for May public opinion war’ and ‘make ADOR an empty shell and take it out.’

HYBE also obtained a statement from an audit subject saying, “The wording ‘ultimately leave HYBE’ was written down from what the ADOR CEO said.”

Based on these materials, HYBE plans to submit a criminal complaint on the 25th against Min Hee-jin and ADOR executives for ‘occupational breach of trust and other charges.’
