🔗 HYBE Appeals First Trial Ruling “Ordering Payment of 25.5 Billion Won Put Option to Min Hee-jin”

HYBE has appealed the first trial ruling that ordered them to pay 25.5 billion won for the stock purchase payment following former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin’s exercise of her put option.

According to legal circles on the 20th, HYBE filed a notice of appeal the previous day (19th) with Civil Division 31 of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Nam In-soo), which heard the lawsuit for the stock purchase payment.
