We express deep regret over the spread of false information online regarding the management of Dolphiners Films. The speculation and fabricated claims currently being directed at Dolphiners Films are absolutely not true.

Furthermore, we would like to make it clear once again that Dolphiners Films has never uploaded NewJeans’ music videos without the consent of the advertiser. Dolphiners Films is currently pursuing civil and criminal litigation to clarify and correct the facts regarding this matter, as well as various other one-sided false claims. We have submitted objective evidence, including written confirmations of facts, recordings, and other materials that can prove such distorted claims are not true, to the relevant investigative authorities, and we intend to establish the truth clearly and transparently through proper legal procedures.

Dolphiners Films has nothing to hide regarding the facts. We will do our best until the end to ensure that the efforts of our numerous staff members are not discredited, and we will await the court’s judgment.
