Hello, this is NJZ.

The court issued its injunction decision today. We, NJZ, respect the court’s decision. However, we believe this decision is the result of insufficient consideration of the complete breakdown of trust between the members and ADOR. Due to the nature of provisional measures, which must be processed expeditiously, the decision was rendered approximately two weeks after the hearing date of March 7, 2025, and as a result, we were not afforded sufficient opportunity to fully present the specific facts to the court. Additionally, due to information asymmetry, while ADOR and HYBE possess all information regarding the members’ entertainment activities, the members are in a situation where they must individually contact relevant parties to request information. There were also many who could not cooperate due to the pressure of becoming involved in litigation and fear of retaliation.

Regarding today’s injunction decision, we plan to address additional issues through the objection process, and in that process, we intend to contest the decision by supplementing our supporting materials as much as possible. Above all, the members faithfully performed their contractual obligations until the point of contract termination and committed no wrongdoing whatsoever, whereas ADOR and HYBE behind them have continuously destroyed trust through discriminatory and unfair treatment of the members. We believe it is only a matter of time before the truth becomes clearly evident.

An injunction is a provisional decision.

A main lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract is also ongoing between ADOR and the members, and at the hearing scheduled for April 3, we will once again demonstrate that the contract was lawfully terminated. Unlike injunction proceedings, in the main lawsuit we can more freely utilize the procedures under civil procedure law to secure necessary evidence, and through this, we expect that evidence supporting the members’ claims will be substantially reinforced.

The NJZ members are going through difficult times, but as we have done until now, we are striving to overcome this situation with composure and calm, if only for the sake of Bunnies and the many people supporting NJZ. NJZ considers our promise to fans to be of utmost importance, and in order to communicate with fans with greater joy, we intend to do our very best in the remaining legal proceedings. As we have repeatedly stated before, we once again declare that, separate from any financial matters, we cannot work with an agency that has insulted our dignity and disparaged our achievements. The reason we are pursuing this litigation is to protect our values and human rights.

Meanwhile, after much deliberation, we have decided to unavoidably participate in the ComplexCon concert scheduled for March 23 in order to prevent unexpected harm to the fans who are looking forward to the concert and the many people involved.

We ask that you continue to watch over us and give us your support.
