We would like to inform you that the content of the article ‘[Exclusive Report] NJZ Joins Hands with BANA’ by reporter Lee Min-kyung of ‘TenAsia,’ which was just released, is completely groundless.

NJZ has not gone through any process of signing any management contract or holding discussions with BANA.
