Hello, this is Team Bunnies.

Although many things have happened, we judged that it was not appropriate to release a statement amidst the chaotic situation, so the update on the interim situation has been delayed. We would like to inform you of the progress regarding the criminal complaints against malicious posts, for which many Bunnies have joined forces.

Currently, the respective law firms and legal offices representing Team Bunnies are monitoring malicious posts and filing criminal complaints by platform. The content of tips received through the tip-off site is also being shared and processed by Team Bunnies and the attorneys in charge.

Through materials collected from various online communities and platforms including Naver, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Ilbe Storehouse, Bobaedream, FMKorea, Daum Cafe (Women’s Generation, I Love Soccer, Soul Dresser, Dotax, etc.), DC Inside (Drama Gallery, Female Celebrity Gallery, Male Celebrity Gallery, Billboard Gallery, Circle Chart Gallery, K-pop Gallery, 2020 Tokyo Olympics Gallery, Girls Planet 999 Gallery, BTS Gallery, Overseas Baseball Gallery, Fancam Gallery, etc.), Instiz, Theqoo, 82Cook, Clien, and MLB Park, Team Bunnies and each law office have secured information on “named” (famous) malicious users (DongYeoNewJeans, AFembungi, li1*il, etc.) and approximately 6,000 malicious posts and comments.

Based on this, each law office has proceeded with the sequential filing of criminal complaints over several rounds. Last week, the filing of individual complaints against “heavy users” was also completed, and investigations are currently underway.

For some of the 1st and 2nd round complaints filed, the identification of the individuals has been completed, and investigation schedules are either being coordinated or have already been confirmed. Investigations are also proceeding for the remaining cases based on the evidence submitted along with the complaints. In particular, the identities of users who uploaded duplicate posts across multiple platforms have also been identified. We will provide further guidance on details related to this at a later time when disclosure is possible.

We are still reviewing and classifying malicious posts and comments in real-time within each community. We plan to continue filing complaints against malicious posts in 2025, so we ask for many reports.

In addition, we inform you that the preparation of the criminal complaints and evidence lists regarding Belift Lab CEO Kim Tae-ho, Creative Director Heo Se-ryun, and Performance Director Myung Sang-woo, who were mentioned in the previous statement, will be completed within this week and are scheduled to be filed with the competent police station before the weekend.
