Hello.

This is Macoll Consulting Group, in charge of media communication along with the law firm Shin & Kim, representing former CEO Min Hee-jin.

Former CEO Min Hee-jin has filed a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station against former HYBE CEO Park Ji-won and HYBE Chief Communication Officer (CCO) Park Tae-hee on charges of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Infringement of Information and Communications Network, etc.), and against Dispatch reporters Kim S*** and Park H*** on charges of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (Defamation).

Since last April, the accused Park Ji-won and Park Tae-hee have actively utilized illegally obtained private conversations, adding false facts to them, to form negative public opinion against former CEO Min.

Reporters Kim S*** and Park H*** of Dispatch, despite being fully aware of the aforementioned intentions as journalists, have continuously published false facts in articles with the purpose of slandering former CEO Min Hee-jin, thereby damaging her reputation.

Kim S*** and Park H*** wrote an article today as well that is completely different from the truth, and without any fact-checking, they wrote an article with false content by adding their own conjectures to the unilateral claims of one side.

We hope that through a thorough investigation triggered by this complaint, the serious lies and deceit of the accused will be revealed, and they will bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.
