🔗 2024-09-25 ADOR Official Statement (Full Text)

At the board meeting held today, ADOR resolved to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to reappoint Director Min Hee-jin as an internal director.

Prior to this, on the morning of September 11, ADOR had already proposed to Director Min Hee-jin that she take charge of NewJeans’ production for the next five years. This five-year period covers the entire remaining duration of the contract with NewJeans.

However, the ADOR Board of Directors discussed today that the request for her return as CEO cannot be accepted at this time.

Given that basic guarantees have been made regarding her status, duration, and authority as the PD in charge of NewJeans’ production, we expect that discussions on specific conditions will take place in the future.
