Hello, this is the NewJeans Digital Streaming Team, Team Bunnies.

Previously, following the filing of a complaint against HYBE Co., Ltd., Source Music, and two reporters belonging to the media outlet Dispatch on the 2nd, we submitted a petition on the 9th to the Press Arbitration Commission requesting corrective recommendation measures against Dispatch News Group.

On the 9th, we conveyed a brief position and news, and the main content of this written opinion is the submission of additional evidence to the effect of the content in that notice stating, “Many journalists from media outlets provided tips that information was obtained illegally, and they informed us that HYBE attempted media play by directly showing reporters and media desks information obtained in the course of business or information exceeding the scope of what could be obtained, and publishing favorable articles through illegally collected information.”

Following the previous notice, today, the 11th, we additionally submitted an explanatory statement containing tip-off evidence and legal arguments to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station. We are reviewing additional complaints, and we plan to continue striving to correct the illegal infringements against the artist by holding HYBE accountable in various aspects.

The main contents of the tips and explanatory statement submitted this time are as follows:

– Content stating that they made protest calls to media desks regarding reporters who wrote articles unfavorable to HYBE, or that HYBE PR (Public Relations) CCO (Chief Communications Officer) Park Tae-hee and PR Office Lead Cho Seong-hun visited in person and persisted with unjust demands to take down articles.

– Content stating that the HYBE side illegally provided and leaked contents such as audit reports to reporters.

– Content stating that the audit reports and conversation details, etc., that the HYBE side showed to reporters were actually reported as articles.
