What on earth are you talking about?

Today, I reconfirmed via phone the matters agreed upon regarding the upload of the Director’s Cut. At the time, the three companies that gathered for the production agreed to release the Director’s Cut on the Dolphiners Films channel for the fans. However, the current ADOR management is making false claims that Dolphiners Films posted the Director’s Cut without permission. Why on earth are you dragging an irrelevant third party into your statement and engaging in media play? This is an act that ignores the unwritten rules of the advertising industry and, at the same time, betrays good faith, which is the basis of business.

It was ADOR that requested the deletion, stating that videos containing copyrights and portrait rights vested in ADOR can only be released on official accounts and cannot exist on third-party channels. You threatened us on Sunday evening that if we did not delete them by Monday morning, you would send a certification of contents and claim double the service fee as a penalty for breach of contract—so what are you saying now? Did you perhaps only learn about the existence of the Ban Heesoo channel after the deletion?

Common sensically, what director in the world burns their own work? What reason would I have to do that? The Ban Heesoo channel was an extension of the work I directed called ‘Ditto,’ and they were a channel and videos I volunteered to make for the fans without any payment from ADOR. Yet you are saying I suddenly deleted them all now without any motive?

Dolphiners Films strived to make the music videos into good works, and we volunteered to work without pay for the quality of the work and for the fans. And we deleted the videos despite the unjust demand of the current ADOR—which overturns existing agreements. Without even knowing the agreements of that time, what is your complaint that you frame Dolphiners Films as contract violators and spreaders of false facts? I don’t know if this is because I wrote a petition, or because I refused HYBE’s music video production, or if you have set out to erase NewJeans, but let’s not mislead the truth with dirty media play.
