Hello. This is ADOR.

We would like to state ADOR’s position regarding the statement posted by Director Shin Woo-seok of Dolphiners Films on his Instagram on September 2.

The ‘ETA’ music video Director’s Cut uploaded by Dolphiners Films on their own social media channels is an edit containing parts where there was disagreement with the advertiser in the past, and it was posted without permission and without consultation with the advertiser.

Furthermore, since the copyrights to NewJeans’ music videos and all related works belong to ADOR under the contract between ADOR and Dolphiners Films, the ‘ETA’ music video and its edits (including the Director’s Cut) must be posted on our official channels. This is to protect the rights of the artists.

Accordingly, ADOR merely requested Dolphiners Films to take down the Director’s Cut video in question; we never demanded the deletion or suspension of uploads for all videos related to NewJeans, such as the Ban Heesoo channel, and ADOR’s channel operation policy has not changed either.

However, Director Shin Woo-seok of Dolphiners Films is spreading false information to the effect that ADOR demanded the deletion of all videos related to NewJeans, including the Ban Heesoo channel, not just the Director’s Cut video.

ADOR informs you that Director Shin Woo-seok’s claims are significantly different from the truth as stated above, and we express strong regret regarding Dolphiners Films’ breach of contract and act of spreading false information.

We will take the best measures so that the deleted NewJeans content can be uploaded to ADOR’s official channels in the future.
