We have grasped the situation regarding all currently reported articles, and we are continuously conducting review and analysis for future responses. Prior to this, considering the possibility that malicious posts spreading false facts based on unconfirmed details or defaming NewJeans may continue, we are issuing the following notice.

The complaints regarding the two previously announced Dispatch articles are under continuous review to ensure they are processed accurately, and we will share our detailed stance and future plans along with the filing of the complaints.

Following the complaints against the articles, we are preparing to appoint two additional lawyers for third-party complaints regarding malicious posts directed at NewJeans. We have been continuously monitoring various communities such as DC Inside, Theqoo, Instiz, Nate Pann, FMKorea, and Women’s Generation automatically 24 hours a day starting 4 days ago. Through this, we are classifying malicious posts using AI and programs according to the legal standards presented by the lawyers, and are collecting them in large quantities as PDFs.

Also, regarding the specific Twitter accounts (Ma, Mac**, etc.) for which there were the most tips, we have requested an intensive review from the lawyers, and we inform you that we are collecting and organizing the content of all tweets in real-time.

Going forward, the NewJeans Digital Streaming Team will mobilize all possible methods to protect NewJeans, and we are striving to grasp the exact facts regarding the currently reported content as well.
