Hello, this is the NewJeans Digital Streaming Team.

First, thank you for sending so much concern and feedback.
We are reviewing everything to accommodate the feedback and worries given by Bunnies as much as possible, and we are doing our best to produce results that satisfy everyone.

📌 About the NewJeans Digital Streaming Team

The current NewJeans Digital Streaming Team is a different team from the one that had issues last year. We emphasize once again that we are completely unrelated to the recently emerged NewJeans Gallery (NewJeans Production) and are a separate team.

📌 Reason for Including the Matter of CEO Min Hee-jin in the Complaint Content

Two exclusive articles reported by a media outlet recently include not only personal details about CEO Min Hee-jin but also content regarding NewJeans. Due to this, the matter was mentioned in various media including malicious accounts, various press outlets, and YouTube, and the resulting damage extended not only to CEO Min Hee-jin but also to NewJeans and their parents. Accordingly, we have decided to proceed with the complaint including both of the two exclusive reports.

📌 Current Status of Complaint Preparation

Since releasing the first notice, over the weekend, we received additional consultation and advice from four lawyers specializing in entertainment and corporate matters, including the lawyer connected to us by a Bunny.
Also, on Monday, we proceeded with more diverse advice and accurate legal review through same-day meetings.

The matters scheduled for processing consist of two criminal complaints, a request for arbitration by the Press Arbitration Commission, and an application for a civil injunction. We have also had the future proceedings and feasibility reviewed through legal opinions on the litigation.

In addition, we are devising measures to protect NewJeans as much as possible by reviewing all other possible options, excluding the parts related to malicious accounts sent by many via inquiries and the matters currently scheduled for processing.
(We plan to have additional consultations with the lawyer regarding this later.)

The necessary amount and fundraising details will be announced this evening. We will disclose in detail all verifiable records such as the raised amount, usage purpose, and amount used (deposit/withdrawal records), and we will also inform you of the progress.
