Hello. This is HYBE.

We would like to address the claims made by ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin and others today as they filed a complaint against HYBE’s management.

CEO Min Hee-jin has never submitted any information assets, including laptops, to HYBE to date. She has also never complied with the audit.

The two Vice Presidents submitted their information assets with their consent. We did not forcibly acquire them.

We have already stated in court during the injunction hearing that we did not conduct forensic analysis on the laptop previously returned by CEO Min Hee-jin.

CEO Min Hee-jin sent numerous business materials, including transcripts of conversations with a shaman, to an external party using her HYBE work email account, and this remained on our server.

The external recipient of this email was identified as a high-ranking official at Partner Company ‘B’.

CEO Min Hee-jin consented to the processing of personal information when she joined HYBE, and we have already disclosed this fact during the injunction hearing.

Despite our repeated explanations regarding how we obtained the evidence, we inform you that we will respond with a counter-suit for false accusation against CEO Min Hee-jin and others who filed a complaint based on false claims.
