This is an announcement from Source Music.

The statement released today by ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin contains false claims related to Source Music, so we are compelled to clarify the accurate facts.

1. CEO Min Hee-jin’s claim that Source Music copied her launch strategy is false. Source Music never copied the launch strategy of Min Hee-jin, who was CBO at the time, nor did we ever acknowledge the contents of CBO Min’s complaint.

2. The opinion Chairman Bang Si-hyuk provided regarding the launch strategy proposed by Min Hee-jin, who was CBO at the time, in May 2020 was for her to realize the proposal through a “new team” at a label that CBO Min would establish—not through N Team. CEO Min is distorting the facts to make it appear as if Chairman Bang suggested that she implement her launch strategy through N Team, even though she is well aware of the discussions that took place at that time.

As CEO Min Hee-jin continues to spread false information related to Source Music, we would like to inform you that in addition to the damages lawsuit we have already filed against CEO Min, we will be taking strong legal action regarding this matter as well. Furthermore, we state that we are willing to disclose materials in our possession at any time if necessary for clear establishment of the truth. Thank you.
