🔗 2024-06-05 ADOR Notice: ‘Guide to Reporting Legal Responses for Protecting NewJeans’ Rights’

Hello. This is ADOR.

We have been continuously monitoring various community sites to identify acts such as malicious comments, reverse viral marketing, malicious slander, insults, and defamation through the spread of false information regarding NewJeans members. In particular, we are aware of the recent increase in highly offensive malicious posts directed at NewJeans that exploit anonymity.

Accordingly, we are preparing legal actions, including civil and criminal lawsuits, and we inform you that there will be no leniency or settlement under any circumstances during this process.

We plan to mobilize all means and methods to track down and take legal measures against posts on anonymous community sites, which are typically considered difficult to detect.

Below, we provide instructions on how to submit reports regarding cases of suspected illegal activities that infringe upon NewJeans’ rights and interests.
If you discover cases of suspected illegal activities, such as malicious posts, we ask for your active reporting to ADOR’s official legal response account ([email protected]).
