Respecting the court’s ruling on the injunction filed by CEO Min Hee-jin, we will not exercise our voting rights in favor of the ‘Dismissal of Inside Director Min Hee-jin’ at this extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.

Furthermore, as the court specified in this ruling that “it is clear that CEO Min Hee-jin sought ways to independently control ADOR by taking NewJeans out of HYBE’s sphere of control or pressuring HYBE to sell its ADOR shares, thereby weakening HYBE’s control over ADOR,” we plan to proceed with follow-up procedures within the boundaries of the law.
