The Korea Herald Exclusive Report: ADOR Submits NewJeans’ New Full-Length Album Track List
🔗 [Exclusive] Ador completes track demos for NewJeans’ new album, submits list to court as evidence
According to a legal source on the 31st, ADOR submitted a list of new songs for NewJeans to the Seoul Central District Court in July. Given that ADOR issued a statement on the 30th—the day the ruling recognizing the validity of NewJeans’ exclusive contract was delivered—saying they “have completed preparations for the full album and are waiting,” the new song list likely contains at least 5 or more tracks.
The materials appear to be in MR (instrumental) form, which is the stage just before the members’ vocal recording. This is because NewJeans has not returned to ADOR since declaring the termination of their exclusive contract on November 28 of last year, making it impossible to proceed with recording. This new song list was used as evidence proving that ADOR is fulfilling its production obligations as NewJeans’ producer. During the main trial held the same month, when the court directly verified whether the songs on the list were indeed new tracks, ADOR’s side acknowledged this.
