ADOR Supporters Position Statement

– Ahead of the NewJeans Exclusive Contract First Instance Ruling, We Propose a Path Where Everyone Can Coexist –

On October 30, 2025, the first instance ruling in the NewJeans exclusive contract trial will be delivered. It feels like the end of this situation is slowly approaching.

However, we cannot let it end like this. Rather than determining winners and losers, we need a solution for coexistence. There is a reason for this.

HYBE’s support based on its capital and systems laid the foundation for ADOR’s growth and had a significant impact. At the same time, the artistic innovation and management achievements that NewJeans attributes to CEO Min Hee-jin are also indispensable factors in ADOR’s success. NewJeans’ achievements are the result of both pillars working together and cannot be explained by either side alone.

Therefore, we believe now is the time for both sides to make a decision to acknowledge each other.
