Seoul Western District Court Rules to Uphold Fine in Former CEO Min Hee-jin’s Lawsuit Against Fine Imposition / Partial Victory for Former CEO Min Hee-jin

On the 16th, the Seoul Western District Court ruled to uphold the administrative fine in the appeal filed by former CEO Min Hee-jin against the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office.
In an official statement, Min said, “In this summary trial, the court determined that the Employment and Labor Office’s fine was partially erroneous and reduced the amount. As a result, we achieved a partial victory.” She added, “We believe there are errors in legal reasoning and factual findings even in the portions the court upheld, and we will address these in a formal trial.”
Min’s side emphasized, “Of the four matters, two were upheld and two were dismissed, resulting in a reduction for half of the issues.”
