Former ADOR Employee v. Min Hee-jin: 3rd Hearing Postponed for the 2nd Time

The 21st Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court was scheduled to hold the third hearing for the ₩100 million damages lawsuit filed by former ADOR employee “A” against former CEO Min Hee-jin for defamation based on false statements, but the date was changed.

The court explained, “We are waiting for the results of a related case,” adding that a new hearing date would be set depending on the outcome of another lawsuit.
