ADOR v. NewJeans: Lawsuit to Confirm Validity of Exclusive Contract – 2nd Mediation Date

The 41st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Jung Hoe-il) held the second mediation session for the lawsuit filed by ADOR against the five members of NewJeans to confirm the validity of their exclusive contracts. The mediation proceedings were held behind closed doors.

The NewJeans members did not personally attend the mediation session.

The second mediation lasted approximately 20 minutes, and as mediation failed to produce an agreement, the court announced it would deliver its ruling on October 30.
