ADOR v. NewJeans: Lawsuit to Confirm Validity of Exclusive Contract – 1st Mediation Date

The 41st Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Jung Hoe-il) held a mediation session for the lawsuit filed by ADOR against the five members of NewJeans to confirm the validity of their exclusive contracts.

Two NewJeans members attended the mediation session in person. The court had previously requested that the members, as parties to the case, attend in person.
