Regarding the “album pushing” mentioned during the trial, some articles have omitted details and misinformation has spread in online communities. The following is intended to provide accurate clarification.

During the process of CEO Min Hee-jin questioning Jung Jin-soo, she responded to and explained matters because there were factually inaccurate parts that needed to be refuted and further clarified from what KIM&CHANG had initially mentioned regarding album pushing and other groups. Furthermore, CEO Min Hee-jin has never once publicly explained or mentioned that a group under BELIFT LAB engaged in album pushing by specifically naming them.
