🔗 2025-09-13 Team Bunnies Post – Trial Content Excerpts: Min Hee-jin and Jung Jin-soo (3)
From the Trial: Min Hee-jin and Jung Jin-soo (3)
🧢 Min Hee-jin: The reason I came today is to have a fair discussion. After hearing what was said, there were so many lies that it would have been a disaster if I hadn’t come today.
🧑⚖️ Presiding Judge: If we proceed today, it will likely go past 8 PM at the earliest.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: I’m fine with that.
–
🧢 Min Hee-jin: The first thing I want to ask is—Mr. Jung Jin-soo, you said earlier that you didn’t know about the recording (of the meeting with Park Ji-won and Jung Jin-soo in January 2024 regarding the shareholders’ agreement). But you also said earlier that you had already answered at that meeting, ‘We resolved the slave contract issue at that meeting, and we will resolve it.’ (During Jung Jin-soo’s earlier testimony, he had implied that despite having done this, Min Hee-jin kept raising the issue.) I remember it exactly because it’s my own matter, even without listening to the recording. Mr. Jung Jin-soo, you barely said anything that day.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: Mr. Jung Jin-soo, you made no promises to me that day. You didn’t simply say, ‘This is a slave contract and we’ll release you from it.’ If you had just clearly explained that day, ‘We can release you from the slave contract’ or ‘This isn’t a slave contract,’ that would have been fine, but you said nothing that day. You committed perjury.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: Didn’t you just commit perjury here earlier by saying, ‘When we met that day, I said we would release you from it’? What do you think about having committed perjury?
👩🏻 Shin & Kim (Attorney Gong Ji-hee): We will submit the transcript regarding this matter.
🧔🏻 Jung Jin-soo: The intention of what I said that day—since it was also the first time I met Ms. Min Hee-jin and the first time meeting the lawyers—I recall that I didn’t express anything like, ‘If you bring up such issues, that’s fine’ or ‘We absolutely cannot change this.’ I think that day was more of an occasion to listen to what issues existed and what the concerns were.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: If you thought of it that way, then why did you answer earlier, ‘I said we could release you from it’?
🧔🏻 Jung Jin-soo: I never said that explicitly.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: That’s not true. Because you said it explicitly, I thought earlier, ‘If you had said that at the time, things wouldn’t have progressed this way.’
🧔🏻 Jung Jin-soo: If you’re going to nitpick like that, there’s no reason for me to answer.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: ? That’s not nitpicking. I’m asking about the facts.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: There’s a transcript. Neither Park Ji-won nor Jung Jin-soo gave any positive indication or signal (regarding the issues raised). It’s in the transcript. What I’m taking issue with now is not why you acted that way that day, but ‘why you gave false testimony here.’ That’s what I’m pointing out.
🧔🏻 Jung Jin-soo: To be honest, I don’t exactly remember making such a definitive statement. It was our first meeting to discuss misunderstandings, and I don’t think it was a situation where I could just say ‘okay’ on the spot.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: Then why did you say that earlier?
🧔🏻 Jung Jin-soo: I think my wording was wrong. I’ll correct it.

🧔🏻 Jung Jin-soo: Because you always nitpick like this, everyone says they can’t work with you.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: Because you always lie, I end up having to nitpick.
🧢 Min Hee-jin: And Mr. Jung Jin-soo, you just made a personal attack. That’s exactly why it’s hard to work together. You’re the same way, Mr. Jung Jin-soo. Because you speak like that, there are plenty of people who find it hard to work with you too. (Laughter erupts in the courtroom 😂)
