We directly confirmed that during the trial proceedings, HYBE’s PR team was summarizing the trial content in real time and sharing it with reporters. Therefore, we plan to share some of the trial content to prevent information asymmetry.

Today’s trial followed a somewhat complex procedure (plaintiff examination – plaintiff cross-examination – plaintiff confrontation examination – plaintiff rebuttal examination), and due to time delays, only the direct examination of CLO Jung Jin-soo was conducted.

CEO Min Hee-jin only proceeded with a portion of the confrontation questioning regarding Jung Jin-soo’s testimony, and questions were only possible within the scope of Jung Jin-soo’s testimony. Because she was not in a position to freely give the responses and rebuttals she wanted, CEO Min Hee-jin could only partially express her accurate intentions and position.

The direct examination of CEO Min Hee-jin is scheduled to be conducted additionally in November.
