Hello. This is Dolphiners Films.

Dolphiners Films is currently pursuing civil and criminal legal proceedings related to the posting of the “ETA” director’s cut. The civil lawsuit is awaiting the court’s judgment through proper legal procedures, and regarding the criminal case, it has been referred to the prosecution through an objection filed against the prior police investigation and is currently under investigation.

We would also like to reiterate that speculation and fabricated claims regarding Dolphiners Films’ contracts are absolutely not true. We will pursue the truth to the end through proper legal procedures and will respond firmly to the dissemination of false information.
