Police Decide Not to Refer to Prosecution, Concluding ‘No Charges’ for Min Hee-jin’s Occupational Breach of Trust
Police have concluded ‘no charges’ for the occupational breach of trust allegations against former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin.
Min Hee-jin’s side stated on the 15th, “As a result of the police investigation that lasted over a year into former CEO Min Hee-jin, who was reported by HYBE in April 2024 for occupational breach of trust, no illegality on the part of former CEO Min Hee-jin was recognized for the charges. On the 15th, both cases reported by HYBE were decided not to be referred to prosecution due to ‘no charges.’”
