ADOR v. NewJeans: Objection to ‘Injunction to Preserve Agency Status and Prohibit Advertising Contracts’ Rejected

The objection filed by the five members of girl group NewJeans (NJZ), who are in an exclusive contract dispute with ADOR, against the court’s decision banning independent activities has been rejected.

The 50th Civil Division of the Seoul Central District Court (Presiding Judge Kim Sang-hoon) dismissed the NewJeans members’ objection to the injunction on the 16th.
