Former ADOR Employee B Files Civil and Criminal Lawsuits Against Min Hee-jin

Ms. A, a former employee who had complained of sexual harassment and workplace bullying at ADOR, filed charges against former CEO Min Hee-jin on the 27th for defamation and violations of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Ms. A also filed a damages lawsuit against Min Hee-jin at the Seoul Western District Court. Ms. A’s side explained the reason as follows: “We filed the lawsuit regarding the former CEO Min’s unfair intervention despite having an obligation to objectively investigate the workplace bullying complaint, and regarding the disclosure of confidential information learned during the investigation process.” They also conveyed that they had filed a complaint with the Labor Office regarding the sexual harassment and workplace bullying allegations against ADOR Vice President Mr. B, which the company had closed as unfounded.
