ADOR Reappoints Min Hee-jin as Inside Director

ADOR held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on the 17th and passed the resolution to reappoint former CEO Min as an internal director. It was reported that there were no other agenda items at this extraordinary shareholders’ meeting.

Former CEO Min’s term as internal director is 3 years starting from the 2nd of next month. On the 25th of last month, the ADOR board had proposed a compromise to extend former CEO Min’s term as internal director while not accepting her return as CEO. However, former CEO Min is protesting this, stating that her return as CEO is necessary.
