CEO Min Hee-jin’s Second Press Conference (Korea Press Center, Jung-gu)

At the press conference held on the afternoon of May 31 at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, to announce her position regarding ADOR’s extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin left a message for HYBE.

CEO Min said, “I hope you understand that I want the plans NewJeans and I had made to be carried out faithfully and without problems. I’m sure HYBE is listening to what I’m saying, and I hope we can reach a compromise.”

CEO Min also said, “I’m not interested in personal gain—I just want to proceed with the plans I had made with NewJeans, and that’s not a loss for anyone. Who benefits if I’m pushed out, the organization is restructured, and NewJeans has to take a break? That’s what I’m proposing we think about rationally. Emotionally, I’ve been hurt too, and I’m sure they have as well. We’ve both been hurt, and we’ve fought exhaustively, so let’s call it done. Let’s move on to the next chapter—a chapter for everyone.”
